Creamy Shrimp Squash & Water Spinach

Cooking time: 15 minutes Ingredients: 1 pack frozen coconut milk 1 can coconut milk 1 medium onion 1 inch ginger root 1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon 1 teaspoon shrimp fry 1/2 medium size squash 6-10 pieces of mushrooms 1 bundle water spinach, cut 1 inch long 10 pieces of shrimp Recipe: 1. Put coconut milk in pan. Simmer 5 minutes. 2. Add onion and garlic, bouillon and shrimp fry. 3. Add squash. Boil for at least 2 minutes. 4. Add mushroom and shrimp. Boil for 5 minutes. 5. Add water spinach. Boil until squash is soft/tender.
