Marination time: 8 hours to 24 hours
Cooking time: 1 hour 15 minutes Ingredients: 1 kilogram of beef, sliced thinly 1 head of garlic, chopped 1/4 cup of light soy sauce Lemon juice from 2 pieces of fresh lemon 1 teaspoon of ground pepper 2 teaspoon of olive oil 2 medium sized onions, sliced 1 red onion, chopped Recipe: 1. Marinate beef with lemon, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper. 2. Place inside refrigerator overnight. 3. Drain marinated beef in separate bowl. 4. Stir fry sliced onion for 1 minute. Set aside. 5. Sauté chopped red onion for 1 to 2 minutes. 6. Add beef meat. Let boil for 10 minutes. 7. Add marinate juice and 1 cup of water. 8. Let boil until meat is tender 9. Serve while steamy. Enjoy.
